GET STARTED IN FOUR STEPS

From first connection to useful action.

  1. Step 1: Confirm your fleet and providers

Agree enrolled trucks, systems, and reports.

  2. Step 2: Connect supported systems

Authorize access and check coverage; a connection alone does not mean a complete report is ready.

  3. Step 3: Review your reports and priorities

Check the period, missing records, and issues to investigate.

  4. Step 4: Assign follow-up and track progress

Agree owners and next steps, then review what changed.

Frequently asked questions

Membership

What can I use today?

CoRun’s eight core capability areas, Weekly Briefs, assignment and follow-up workflows, monthly progress reviews, Member Sessions, renewal preparation, and agency workspace are available now. CoRun Cargo and CoRun Green Miles are coming soon.

Is CoRun only about saving money?

No. Membership is designed around clearer decisions, organized driver support, coordinated follow-up, and a more prepared business, alongside financial performance. Available tools depend on your confirmed setup; savings, time savings, and other outcomes are not guaranteed.

Are Weekly Briefs, monthly reviews, and Member Sessions available?

Yes. CoRun provides Weekly Briefs, monthly progress reviews, and Member Sessions. Your onboarding covers how to access them, the reporting schedule, and the support included with your membership.

What does membership cost?

CoRun membership is $50 per enrolled truck per month. It brings together AI Native ELD, Fleet Operations, Profitability, Dispatcher Performance, Fuel & Efficiency, Maintenance & Repairs, Safety & Compliance, and HR & Driver Retention, with associated team access. Your order confirms available software and reports, supported setup, and separate charges. Taxes and outside charges are excluded from estimates.

Do I have to replace my ELD?

Not necessarily. CoRun can work with supported existing providers. Availability depends on your setup, and your existing provider’s charges continue unless a separately agreed arrangement says otherwise.

Are hardware and outside services included?

Not automatically. Hardware, installation, existing provider subscriptions, and specialized outside services may have separate charges. Confirm the exact arrangement before enrolling.

Will connecting an account produce a complete report immediately?

CoRun imports the data available from your supported systems. During setup, we match trucks and drivers, review reporting coverage, and identify missing records. Report completeness depends on the data available for the reporting period.

How does CoRun help me understand profit?

Review revenue, expenses, profit margins, and cost per mile together. Reports highlight cost changes and opportunities to investigate; savings are not guaranteed.

Does Dispatcher Performance book or assign loads?

Dispatcher Performance analyzes dispatcher results, load margins, and productivity. Automated booking and dispatch execution are not included.

Renewal preparation

When does renewal preparation begin?

Preparation starts 90 days before your recorded policy renewal date once setup is complete. If you join within that window, preparation starts after we confirm your policy date and setup. Available records and the time remaining determine what can be assembled before renewal.

Does CoRun renew my insurance or guarantee a lower premium?

No. CoRun helps organize information for your renewal process. Your insurance agent handles insurance advice and placement. Membership does not guarantee a quote, coverage, acceptance, or lower premiums.

What can my insurance agent see?

Only the clients and information they are authorized to access. Your fleet reviews and approves its renewal package before sharing. Referral relationships do not grant access to private fleet or employee records.

CoRun Cargo Coming soon

Is CoRun Cargo available now?

Not yet. CoRun Cargo is coming soon. Contact us to discuss your fleet’s tracking and response needs.

Is Cargo included in the $50 membership?

Cargo is not part of the currently available feature set. We’ll confirm membership inclusion and any additional charges before release.

Does truck tracking also track my trailer and cargo?

Not automatically. A truck connection does not independently track a detached trailer. A trailer tracker does not track goods removed from it. Monitoring scope depends on qualified devices and accessible feeds; door and electronic-seal events require compatible sensors.

Who responds to CoRun Cargo alerts?

The planned Core workflow assigns alerts to designated on-duty fleet responders and configured backup contacts. It is not CoRun-staffed 24/7 surveillance. Any Managed Response service requires a separate agreement defining coverage hours, staffing, escalation, and responsibilities.

Does CoRun guarantee theft prevention or cargo recovery?

No. The planned tools help identify exceptions, verify instructions, and document the fleet’s response. An alert is not proof of theft, and missing connectivity is not proof of jamming. Drivers must not pursue or confront suspected thieves. The demo form is not an emergency-reporting service.

Can my insurance agent use CoRun Cargo records at renewal?

The planned CoRun Cargo Controls Summary would support the 90/60/30-day preparation process where the required features and records are available. Your fleet reviews and approves the summary before authorized sharing. Agents do not automatically receive live routes or sensitive shipment details. The summary is not official loss runs, security certification, coverage, or a guarantee of lower premiums.
