Role split
- The agent manages the insurance relationship.
- CoRun provides its contracted technology, onboarding, reporting, and product support.
- The fleet controls access and remains responsible for operating decisions and completing actions.
- CoRun Cargo alerts are assigned to designated fleet responders, not automatically to the agent.
- Share only fleet-approved insurance-relevant summaries; agency referral does not grant live routes, sensitive shipment details, or emergency-response responsibilities.
- Separate insurer authorization remains required.
