CoRun began with a shared belief: fleet teams deserve a clearer view of their business and a practical way to act on it.
NR
Nodir Ruzmatov
Co-Founder, Operations
Nodir brings a background in IT, digital transformation, and hands-on U.S. fleet operations. Running a fleet with a distributed team gave him direct experience of the challenges created by disconnected systems, scattered information, and manual follow-up.
At CoRun, that operating experience informs a practical goal: help fleet teams understand what needs attention and coordinate what happens next.
CS
Christian Schweckhorst
Co-Founder, Strategy
Christian brings more than two decades of experience in European transport and enterprise logistics. His background includes scaling operations and developing the processes, quality controls, and workflows that large transport businesses depend on.
At CoRun, he brings that perspective to shaping an operating model that can support fleets as they grow.
Our story
Nodir and Christian met at a logistics conference and found a shared interest in how technology could improve fleet operations. Nodir was already applying a distributed operating model to his U.S. fleet. Christian brought experience building and scaling transport operations in Europe.
They began exploring how those perspectives could work together. The U.S. trucking market became their focus, with Nodir’s fleet providing a practical environment for testing workflows and understanding what teams needed.
CoRun grew from that collaboration. Our direction is to connect fleet information with clear priorities and accountable follow-through—so owners, managers, drivers, and authorized partners can work from a more coordinated view.
Meet your AI team
One agent for each core department. Our AI team brings together fleet performance and finance, fuel, maintenance, safety and compliance, people, insurance, and cargo security. Each agent helps its department understand priorities and follow through.
All seven department agents are live and working. They use your connected systems, fleet information, and configured permissions to support your operations.
Fleet Performance and Finance AI
Atlas
AI agentLive
See the bigger picture.
Atlas tracks revenue, operating costs, mileage, utilization, and cost per mile. It brings department findings together in your Weekly Brief, helping owners understand fleet performance, set priorities, and follow up on the issues that affect the business.

Keep fuel spending and efficiency in focus.
Finn reviews fuel purchases, fuel cost per mile, and efficiency trends across trucks and periods. It flags unusual changes and helps your fuel team investigate exceptions and track the results of corrective actions.
Illustrative output: “Fuel cost per mile increased on this truck. Check purchase records, mileage, and operating conditions.”
Maintenance AI
Miles
AI agentLive
Keep maintenance priorities visible.
Miles organizes upcoming maintenance using available service records, mileage, and connected vehicle data. It highlights recurring repairs and trucks whose maintenance costs deserve a closer look.

Focus: Renewal timelines, information readiness, agency coordination
Illustrative output: “Your renewal is 90 days away. Confirm the policy date and review the preparation checklist.”
Cargo Security AI
Sentry
AI agentLive
Bring potential security exceptions into view.
Sentry reviews available location, route, and load information for potential security exceptions. It helps your team assess relevant signals, organize details, and follow an agreed response process.
Illustrative output: “A route exception needs review. Confirm the driver’s status and load instructions before escalating.”
Human accountability is part of the design
Our AI agents help organize information, identify patterns, and prepare work for review. Your authorized team owns the decisions and approves actions that require its permission. The people behind CoRun remain responsible for building and supporting the platform.
Insurance decisions stay with the carrier and licensed insurance professionals. Employment decisions stay with authorized managers. Security alerts support your response process; they do not replace emergency services.
How people and agents work together
1
Connect your information
Connect supported systems and provide the records needed for your selected workflows. Insights depend on the information and permissions available.
2
Understand what needs attention
Review summaries, trends, and exceptions with the supporting context your team needs to investigate.
3
Assign the next step
Give the right person a clear task, a deadline, and the information to act.
4
Follow through
Track open work and review outcomes so important issues remain visible.
Illustrative workflow: Atlas highlights a rise in operating cost. Miles reviews the maintenance records and organizes the next steps. Your maintenance manager approves the action, while Miles keeps the department’s follow-up visible.
