CORUN CARGO · COMING SOON
Know what is happening.
Know who is responding.
CoRun Cargo will connect load details, supported tracking data, and your fleet’s response workflow. Review exceptions, verify delivery changes, and keep incident records in one place.
CoRun Cargo is not available yet. Release timing, supported setups, and pricing details will be announced.
Scope and limitsPlanned capabilities depend on supported data, devices, completed setup, and a designated fleet response team. Core inclusion in membership will be confirmed before release. Hardware and optional services may cost extra. CoRun does not guarantee theft prevention or recovery; the planned Core service is not staffed 24/7 monitoring.
PLANNED WORKFLOW
Verify → Monitor → Respond → Document
- 01 / VERIFY
Verify the load
Keep approved pickup details and delivery changes together.
- 02 / MONITOR
Monitor the journey
Spot supported parking, route, and tracking exceptions.
- 03 / RESPOND
Escalate exceptions
Assign fleet responders and escalate unanswered alerts.
- 04 / DOCUMENT
Document the response
Bring approvals, incidents, and follow-up into one record.
An exception requests human review; it is not a finding of theft.
PLANNED FEATURES
From verification to follow-through.
Load Security Record
Connect the approved driver, tractor, trailer, pickup and delivery instructions, tracking devices, permitted transfers, and responsible contacts. Import from a supported TMS or use a dispatcher form. Retain approved changes with the approver, time, and reason.
Pickup and Delivery Change Verification
Record approved people and equipment and flag mismatches for fleet/facility review. Confirm delivery changes through a previously established trusted shipper or cargo-owner contact, not by replying to the request itself. An uploaded ID, carrier record, or text code alone does not certify identity or rerouting authority.
Secure Parking
Compare supported movement with an approved parking boundary and authorization record. Show unexpected movement as an exception requiring review, while allowing authorized yard moves and transfers.
Route and Destination Exceptions
Identify departures from approved instructions, with configured allowances for legitimate detours, rest stops, equipment swaps, and approved changes.
Tracking Health
Will distinguish stale updates, supported disconnect or battery events, and provider/integration outages, and will show unavailable feeds clearly. Loss of signal does not prove jamming or theft.
Incident Center
Will assign a named on-duty fleet responder, escalate unanswered alerts to configured backup contacts, and preserve actions and resolution evidence. Each alert will record whether it was generated, notification attempted, delivery confirmed where available, acknowledged, reviewed, escalated, and resolved.
KNOW YOUR COVERAGE
A clear view includes
the gaps.
Each setup will show its actual monitoring scope:
- Monitoring scope: Truck location only
- Monitoring scope: Truck and trailer location
- Monitoring scope: Door-event monitoring
- Monitoring scope: Cargo-device tracking
A truck connection does not establish independent tracking of a detached trailer. A trailer tracker does not track goods removed from that trailer. Door and seal events require qualified compatible devices and accessible data.
- Monitoring active
- Active refers to feed health, not proof that cargo is safe.
- Monitoring degraded
- Stale updates, supported disconnect or battery events, or provider/integration outages.
- Setup incomplete
- Supported data, devices, or completed setup are still required.

ONE MEMBERSHIP. CLEAR SCOPE.
Planned for the way your fleet works.
CoRun Cargo will sit within Fleet Operations and Safety & Compliance. The eight core capability areas and $50-per-enrolled-truck monthly membership remain the foundation.
MEMBERSHIP INCLUSION TO BE CONFIRMEDInclusion in the $50 membership will be confirmed before release. Intended to use qualified existing feeds, load records, verification, automated alerts, fleet-managed escalation, and incident records.
OPTIONAL · PRICING TO BE CONFIRMEDOptional independent trailer tracking and compatible door/electronic-seal events, including tractor–trailer mismatch alerts where validated. Hardware, installation, connectivity, and provider subscriptions are separate unless an approved order states otherwise.
SEPARATE SERVICE AGREEMENTA separately scoped and priced service only under an executed agreement defining staffing, coverage hours, escalation, and responsibility.
Product support is separate from incident response.
FOR FLEETS & INSURANCE AGENTS
Useful records. Shared with permission.
A planned CoRun Cargo Controls Summary would connect monitoring coverage, procedures, incidents, corrective actions, and remaining gaps to renewal preparation. Review gaps at 90 days, follow corrective actions at 60 days, and prepare the available summary for fleet approval at 30 days.
Your fleet decides what to share. Agents do not automatically receive live routes, sensitive cargo details, or emergency-response duties. The summary is not official loss runs, security certification, insurance coverage, or a promise of lower premiums.
90-Day Insurance Renewal PreparationAvailable now
See How Renewal Preparation Works →Questions about CoRun Cargo.
Is CoRun Cargo available now?
Not yet. CoRun Cargo is coming soon. Contact us to discuss your fleet’s tracking and response needs.
Is Cargo included in the $50 membership?
Cargo is not part of the currently available feature set. We’ll confirm membership inclusion and any additional charges before release.
Does truck tracking also track my trailer and cargo?
Not automatically. A truck connection does not independently track a detached trailer. A trailer tracker does not track goods removed from it. Monitoring scope depends on qualified devices and accessible feeds; door and electronic-seal events require compatible sensors.
Who responds to CoRun Cargo alerts?
The planned Core workflow assigns alerts to designated on-duty fleet responders and configured backup contacts. It is not CoRun-staffed 24/7 surveillance. Any Managed Response service requires a separate agreement defining coverage hours, staffing, escalation, and responsibilities.
Does CoRun guarantee theft prevention or cargo recovery?
No. The planned tools help identify exceptions, verify instructions, and document the fleet’s response. An alert is not proof of theft, and missing connectivity is not proof of jamming. Drivers must not pursue or confront suspected thieves. The demo form is not an emergency-reporting service.
Can my insurance agent use CoRun Cargo records at renewal?
The planned CoRun Cargo Controls Summary would support the 90/60/30-day preparation process where the required features and records are available. Your fleet reviews and approves the summary before authorized sharing. Agents do not automatically receive live routes or sensitive shipment details. The summary is not official loss runs, security certification, coverage, or a guarantee of lower premiums.
