Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of corun.ai and any related pages, forms and chat or onboarding tools we provide on the website (together, the "Site"). The Site is operated by CoRun Technology Inc., a Delaware corporation ("CoRun.ai", "we", "us" or "our"), headquartered in Mountain View, California.
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you agree to them for that company. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Customer subscriptions
These Terms cover the public website only. If your company subscribes to the CoRun.ai service, that subscription is governed by a separate customer agreement between your company and CoRun.ai. If these Terms and a signed customer agreement conflict, the customer agreement controls.
Using the Site and our forms
You may use the Site to learn about CoRun.ai, book a demo, sign up as an insurance agent, and contact us. When you submit a form or use our onboarding assistant:
- give accurate information, and only submit information about your own company or a company you are authorized to represent
- only enter a USDOT number, name, email or phone number that you have the right to share
- understand that we may contact you about your request by email, phone or text, as described in our Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you submit.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that breaks the law or the rights of others
- submit false, misleading or someone else's information, or impersonate any person or company
- send spam, or use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the Site or submit forms, except search engines indexing public pages
- try to get around security features, CAPTCHAs or rate limits, or gain unauthorized access to any system or data
- upload viruses or any harmful code, or interfere with the Site's operation
- copy, resell or build a competing product from the Site or its content
We may suspend or block access to the Site for anyone who breaks these rules.
Insurance information disclaimer
CoRun.ai helps fleets and their insurance agents prepare and organize operating and safety information. CoRun.ai is not an insurance company, insurance agent or broker. We do not sell, quote or bind insurance, and we do not give insurance, legal or financial advice. Insurance decisions, including premiums, terms and coverage, are made by insurers and licensed professionals. We do not guarantee any premium, rate, discount, coverage or underwriting outcome.
Information on the Site
We work to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but its content is for general information only. Descriptions of features, plans and availability may change, and some features described may still be in development. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the CoRun.ai name and design, and software, belong to CoRun.ai or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own business use in evaluating CoRun.ai. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use our content, names or logos for any other purpose without our written permission.
If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.
Links to other sites
The Site may link to websites and services we don't operate, such as LinkedIn, X or partner sites. We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
No warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, CoRun.ai DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, OR THAT ITS CONTENT IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, CoRun.ai AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or limits on liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless CoRun.ai from any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you and CoRun.ai agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Changes apply from that date. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and CoRun.ai about the Site.
